We are working with a growing company in New York City who is looking for a great structural engineer with restoration and Local Law 11 experience that would like to be a part of their team.  The company focuses on the design and renovation of low to mid rise structures (up to 15 stories), utilizing the latest technology and software programs.

Requirements: 

• BS or MS degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering with Structural Emphasis (MS Preferred)
• Minimum 7 years experience in Building Design
• Experience in Restoration Engineering, and Concrete Restoration
• Experience in Facade Inspection (Local Law Work)
• Previous experience with preparing proposals and contributing to business development activities
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Great attitude and desire to excel
